I have just completed Cooking 101 and found it fascinating and I learned so many new techniques.
Thank you Chef for being not just a wealth of knowledge but a great entertainer!!!

What a great experience- Chef Jean-Pierre simplifies cooking for begginers.I am taking his "Cooking 101" class He is friendly,enthusiastic and explains the basics that one needs to cook properly.
From the basics of cutting an onion the right way to what pots are used for what proceedure
there is a lot to learn and Jean Pierre knows what the most important fundimentals are that had me cooking some of the best meals I have ever had in the first ten days or so, it is amazing how much you will learn that you thought you knew.
. I feel very fortunate to have him here in my home town and plan on expanding out to his 102 class and beyond.
He has a very welcoming nature and is not at all pretentious about his lifelong experience as a world class chef.
The best part about my classes so far is that my food tastes like it is from a resteraunt!
