We're off on our Culinary Tour of Tuscany from November 5th - 13th! We'll stay the first two nights at a spa in the beautiful village of Bagno Vignoni, and we've also secured the exclusive use of an 18th century luxury Inn in the hilltop town of Palaia (think House Party). The tour includes several private cooking lessons, visits to Tuscan cheese and olive oil producers, tours and tastings at several family vineyards, a visit to a pasta maker, a truffle hunt, a lesson in chocolate making from a master chocolate maker, and much more. And, of course, some fabulous Tuscan cuisine!
If you couldn't join us for the Culinary Tour of Tuscany, stop by on November 27th for Tuscan Memories. If you were part of our recent Tuscan adventure, come relive some of the flavors of the trip. If you weren’t, come see what you missed, and dream of coming along next time!
Then on December 4th and 6th join us for our hands-on Tamalada. We've had a tamale class every year we've been teaching, and they are always so much fun. Students tell us that they have gone on to host terrific tamale parties of their own, which makes us so proud. Come get your hands in the masa, and learn how to spread, fill and fold some delicious packages of goodness of your own.
Private Cooking Parties! Our delightful bistro-style dining room, outdoor garden patio, and commercial demonstration kitchen is the perfect place to host your own hands-on Cooking Party. Invite 10 to 25 guests and we'll create a unique and enjoyable culinary evening. Contact us for details.
