Cooking Demo Dinner Party

On Select Saturdays the Claremont Inn offers Cooking Demo Dinner Parties. These parties feature menus from today's popular cookbook chefs!

The fun begins early Saturday night. this is a mini cooking class that starts off with cocktails and appetizers, a discussion of the evenings menu and recipes and a cooking demonstration … a great way to try new things – learn many chef’s cooking tips and enjoy a great dinner. Simply reserve Dinner Bed and Breakfast for one of these select Saturdays and leave the rest to us.

Cooking Classes

Fun and informative, with the excitement of hands on activity!

The Cooking Class includes hands-on participation for everyone and start at 1 PM on Saturday and finish up around 5PM with everyone enjoying a dinner of the foods prepared in class. Each class starts off with a lecture and discussion of the recipes for the class and a demonstration of the techniques being featured in the class. Then it is time to cook! Dave and his assistants work along with the class to help everyone have a great time while preparing delicious food to be enjoyed at lunch and dinner. Whether you are a beginner or a kitchen pro - there is much to learn and enjoy in these classes.
