Culinary Magic Cooking Seminars
Preparing and presenting attractive, healthy cuisine for family and friends need not be an overwhelming experience. Chef Cathy Kubec, through carefully explained step-by-step demonstrations, will share cooking hints and secrets, making it possible for you to turn food preparation into "culinary magic."
Each seminar will address concerns of the non-professional cook, such as preparing ahead for ease of entertaining, menu planning, the use of fresh, healthy ingredients, and attractive presentation of foods. Some seminars address the needs of beginners, while others are for the more experienced culinary enthusiast. There will be both demonstration classes as well as "hands on" opportunities, and classes are kept small, so that participants will really have a chance to practice what they are learning.
