Dierbergs School of Cooking - Bogey Hills
At Dierbergs, we believe great cooking begins in the supermarket. And since 1978, thousands of St. Louisans have learned the joy of cooking at one of our four convenient, in-store schools. Part of our winning recipe includes well-equipped kitchen classrooms designed especially for cooking instruction. With only 18 to 20 seats per class, students learn the subjects of their choice in a friendly, informal atmosphere. There is plenty of time for camaraderie, questions and, of course, tasting recipes!
And, while fun is a big ingredient at our schools, there's no skimping on serious expertise. Dierbergs School Of Cooking enlists a variety of highly qualified visiting and staff instructors. Noted chefs, restaurateurs, cookbook authors, caterers and seven of our own professional home economists all bring years of training and knowledge to their respective subjects. One and all, they love to share their passion for cooking, and it shows.
Dierbergs' home economists, who set our curriculum, pride themselves on offering something for everyone. After all, everyone loves food. Perhaps you're a beginner, or even a gourmet cook. No matter. At our schools, you'll find classes on nearly every cooking subject imaginable. Choose from dozens of topics from heart-healthy cooking, to seafood, wines, restaurant specialties, regional cooking styles, ethnic foods, appetizers and much more. And for your group occasions, Dierbergs designs custom classes and children's parties.
