All Classes are held in Reisterstown, MD in our two state-of-the-art kitchens.

Unless noted, all classes begin at 7:00 PM and last 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Please be sure to wear closed-toe shoes to all classes - No Sandals or Flip Flops.

Class Cancellation Policy: With a minimum of 24 hours' notice, we'll happily transfer you to another comparable class of your choice.

A 6-Class Series for aspiring cooks

The ideal class for seasoned cooks and beginners alike! We begin with Knife Skills and move on to sauteing, roasting, braising, poaching, pan & classic sauces and variations, and stocks. We'll cover butterflying meat and how to break down a whole chicken. Experimentation and questions are encouraged. We guarantee you'll leave a better cook than when you arrived!

You’ve all been asking for it, so here it is! ADVANCED HTLAC. We’ll be delving more deeply into releasing your inner chef, with classes focusing on Herbs & Spices and how to use them; Marinades, Rubs & Brines; more advanced meat cutting techniques; Stuffings & ‘How To’; and more. Looking forward to Feeding your Passion seeing you become a well-seasoned chef!
