Cooking and food enthusiasts will not want to miss the Manor On Golden Pond's new offering of culinary classes "Fork in the Road" led by Chef Luis Marin.

These Culinary weekend events will tempt, entice and delight you as they go behind the kitchen doors to learn the secrets of our award winning chef.
Your cooking weekend includes 3 day - 2 nights accommodations, breakfast each morning,afternoon tea each day, dinner each evening, 5 hours of hands on cooking class with award winning Executive chef, recipe book and culinary gift. Rates start at $625 for the weekend excluding state tax.

Many themes to choose from such as "The Big Easy" or "Hunters Delight" or maybe "Say it with Chocolate" Each weekend guests will prepare a multi course dinner that will be paired with wine and enjoyed by each participant. Also each participant will be invited behind the kitchen doors to observe dinner service in action and find out the secrets of getting delectable food to the waiting dinner guests.
