Formaggio Kitchen

Our popular tasting classes offer an opportunity to experience an exquisite selection of our products and recipes. Our mongers choose cheeses that are tasting best at the time and they pair them with wine, beer and various and sometimes surprising foods. For those classes held at our Cambridge store, at the end of the class we conduct a short tour of our cheese cave.

November 7 - The Fine Art of Cheesetasting 6:30 pm at the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE). Visit www.bcae.org to register. $65 for BCAE members / $70 for non-members.

November 11 - Formaggio Kitchen 5:30 pm Best of Formaggio Kitchen cheese, wine & beer. $35.

November 18 - Bueno Queso Social Club (BQSC) at 2:30 pm - Best of 2007 cheese, wine & beer. Held at the Middlesex Lounge in Central Square. For more information, visit www.buenoqueso.org. $40. (SOLD OUT)

December 16 - Bueno Queso Social Club (BQSC) at 2:30 pm - The Nebbiolo Grape: Barolo, Barbaresco and Sfursato. Held at the Middlesex Lounge in Central Square. For more information, visit www.buenoqueso.org. Due to the cost of the wines we will be tasting, the charge for this special class will $65 per person.

We conduct many wonderful classes including our ever-popular cheese tasting classes. This year we will be adding some cooking classes to the mix where you can participate.
