Generations Chefs Cooking School

The Generation Chefs Cooking School is a youth-driven community cooking center supporting the next generation of chefs and culinary enthusiasts. Through cooking classes and community service activities, the "Gen Chefs" and their adult allies celebrate culinary diversity and healthy lifestyles creating a more delicious future through food.

Chef Ray Duey has enabled thousands of food professionals and home cooks to learn how to create award winning presentations with the foods they prepare. Sonce 2000 he has taught classes for the annual International Caterers Assn Trade SHow. He was selected by the Navy and the US Coast Guard to train their chefs in food display.

After School Cooking and Nutrition Classes

Join our demonstration style Cooking Classes at the state of the art Generation Chefs Culinary Education Center at the MYC AT 1115 Third Street in San Rafael.

The Generation Chefs exceptional chef instructors bring each topic to life with delicious menus and exciting topics. The chefs teach interactive demonstration classes, producing a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy.

Pricing includes:
-Demonstration class with a full meal and non-alcoholic beverages
-Recipe hand outs and information packets

Classes are specified as:
Youth (ages 12- 20)
Adult (ages 21 and over)
Community (all ages are welcome)
