Playing with food is the best way to relax and catch up with your friends, family, or co-workers. If you're always rushing and stressing, it's time to stop and smell the rosemary, stir a pot of creamy soup, or stop by your local farmer's market.
After teaching over 300 Boston area students at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education, Helen decided to open her own kitchen to anyone who wants to learn about food.
There are no observers in this kitchen! If you want a cooking show, you might as well turn on Food TV. Everyone gets to slice, dice, poach, roast, grill, and bake. And of course, everyone gets to taste. Each class finishes with a fabulous meal.
