I attended the makeup class for one originally scheduled in December. It is too bad it was rescheduled for an evening instead of an afternoon, as originally scheduled. I felt it was quite complicated and the chefs already had a lot of the work done to save time. Other than that, the chef/teachers were great, the meal turned out fabulous.
