The store is located at 127 N. El Camino Real, Suite D, Encinitas, CA 92024. It is between Longs Drugs and Ralphs Grocery Store in the shopping center at the northeast corner of the intersection of El Camino Real and Encinitas Boulevard.
CLASS FORMATS & ETIQUETTE
*Classes are limited to 20 students.
*Class seating is on a first come, first serve basis. Seats may not be reserved until one hour before class and you must be present to hold your seat. We will no longer hold seats via phone calls. We will continue to make every effort to accommodate groups; however, we ask that you plan accordingly and have someone reserve your seat early to ensure that you will be able to sit together.
*Unless otherwise noted, classes follow a demonstration format and are approximately 2-2 ½ hours in length.
*Hands-on classes allow students to help prepare food in class and are approximately 3 hours in length.
*Learn-a-Lunch classes are one hour in length and are a fabulous way to spend a lunch hour with a co-worker or friend.
*Friday Night Dinner Parties are fun-filled events appealing to couples or friends who share a passion for cooking. Length of class may be longer than stated, and specialty wine or cocktails will be paired with the dishes being prepared.
*Participants are asked to turn off cell phones during class.
*There will be a break halfway through class to make calls and shop in the store.
*Printed recipes are provided.
*Students taste food prepared in class and receive complimentary beverages.
*For liability reasons, students may NOT bring alcoholic beverages to class. We will serve two glasses of an alcoholic beverage to each student of legal age.
*Due to seasonal availability of products, Kitchen Witch reserves the right to substitute ingredients when necessary.
