KITCHENIQUE�S KIDZ KOOKING CLASSES�.Our mission is to introduce young �chefs� to the world of fresh, natural, healthful foods! Forget fast foods�.We will focus on understanding basic nutrition and good eating! Because this is our first foray into kids cooking classes, we very much appreciate your feedback. We do not have an age requirement for these classes. We are relying on your judgment and planning recipes that can be accomplished with or without assistance as long the child is old enough to sit at our counter and follow basic instructions. COOKING BASICS
2nd Tuesday of each month
Vicki will be offering a series of classes that will instruct on the �Basics� of food preparation. The series is meant to inform the novice cook as well as to enlighten the experienced cook on lots of subjects including - Safe Food Handling, Kitchen Organization, Knife Skills, Cooking Methods and Techniques, Meal Planning, Nutrition, and much more.
