The Kroger School of Cooking was created to provide a facility for culinary enthusiasts to explore the art of cooking in an environment that removes inhibition and fosters learning and creativity.
We offer a variety of classes.
• Chef Demonstrations and Participation Classes
• Featured chefs include: Jay Swift of Rainwater , Ron Eyester of Food 101 , Carvel Gould of Canoe, Harold Zeb Stevenson of Dick & Harry's, Bruce McQuain of Sia's, and Andy Badgett of The Fickle Pickle
• Traditional, regional and seasonal cooking
• International cuisine
• Light, diabetic, heart healthy, gluten-free cooking
• Cooking techniques and basic knife skills
• Floral design and holiday decorating
• Summer day-camp prgs. for children ages 7-14
• Adult, couples, child and parent & child classes
• Cost range from $25 to $50 per class
We are available for Private Functions .
• Children and adult birthday parties
• Corporate team building workshops
• Bridal and baby showers
• Community organization programs
• Scout and brownie troop classes
• School and church group outings
