Laguna Culinary Arts is a multi-faceted cooking school offering hands-on cooking programs for cooks of all levels of experience, from casual beginners to serious professionals, and features a Gourmet Cheese and Wine Shop & Cafe. Whether you are interested in becoming a food service professional, or just looking to improve your home cooking, our programs are designed to meet your needs. For those who want to move beyond just food, Laguna Culinary Arts is pleased to offer a series of Wine Tasting And Wine & Food Pairing Classes, that take place at our location in Laguna Canyon. Whether you are just beginning to develop your wine palate or are an avid wine enthusiast, we’re sure you’ll find these classes fun and informative and, of course, the food will be great!
Our “home chef”classes are held at the Laguna Beach facility, and now are also offered at our new teaching kitchen in Orange. The new Orange kitchen, provided by the design firm Le Gourmet Kitchen, is filled with top of the line Dacor appliances and high-quality cookware, tools and knives. Our students experience hands-on cooking in an environment designed to give them every advantage. We offer 3-hour classes every weekday evening starting at 6pm, and 4-hour classes on the weekends. Weekend classes are scheduled in the morning, afternoon or evening depending on the class topic. We accept a maximum of 10 students per class, to ensure a good experience for everyone. At the end of class, students will enjoy a full meal that they prepared!
