Lamson & Goodnow Cooking School

We hope you�ll join us for some exciting classes in our all-new, state of the art kitchen at Lamson and Goodnow Cooking School. Betty Rosbottom, well known cooking teacher, cookbook author, and the new cooking school coordinator for our store, has planned some mouth-watering sessions taught by some of the Valley�s most talented cooks. You�ll want to sign up early since class size is limited!

Lamson & Goodnow Cooking School
Lamson & Goodnow hosts demonstration cooking classes throughout the year. Learn from professional chefs as they demonstrate techniques and prepare recipes. Maximum class size is 20 students per class. Class space is sold in advance on a first come, first serve basis. If classes are full, we will be happy to add you to our waiting list.

Class Registration Information:
-All classes are held in the store.
-Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a timely start to the class.
-Classes are demonstration format and include copies of the recipes along with demonstrations and sample tasting.
-The cost for 2007 classes is per person per class, unless otherwise noted in the class description. Classes must be paid for in advance.
-Payment is required at the time of reservation.
-Menus are subject to change at the chef�s discretion.

Lamson & Goodnow offers Private Cooking Classes throughout the year
They are perfect for workplace team building, special events and celebrations. We offer both demonstration and hands-on classes for private events. Call our store at 413-587-0009 to customize an event for your group.
