Cheesemaking 101:
Fun for all ages! A full day of Hands-On Beginners Cheesemaking at teh home of Ricki Carroll, who has 30 years of experience in Home Cheesemaking. We will make Farmhouse Cheddar, Queso Blanco, Mascarpone, Whole Milk Ricotta, Whey Ricotta and a 30 Minute Mozzarella and learn to make Fromage Blanc, Creme Fraiche and Mascarpone. While learning the basic principles of cheesemaking and the care and use of equipment you will make new friends who all share similar interests. A FREE copy of Ricki's DVD is included with the 101 class. These classes have become so popular that we are opening them up to 40 participants. To insure a place sign up early.
