Pacific Gourmet Cooking Classes offer a wide variety of cooking courses in Hawaii, covering regional cuisines (France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Mexico, and clever twists on American staples) as well as themed classes (Sunday brunch, hors d’oeuvres, elegant diner parties, and cheese). Our culinary classes explore the many ways geography and culture play roles in regional cuisine. We also offer wine paring suggestions for our meals.
