Ramekins Sonoma Valley Culinary School
All cooking classes are held at Ramekins Sonoma Valley Culinary School, 450 West Spain Street, four blocks west of the Sonoma Plaza.
Classes are either "Demonstration" (non-participation) format or "Hands-on" (full-participation) format.
Students receive tasting portions of the dishes prepared in class. The tastings do not constitute a complete meal unless indicated (i.e., Winemaker Dinners and Chef's Tables) so we suggest students have a light snack or meal prior to arrival.
Cooking Class Formats:
Demonstration Classes ("Demo")
*Observation
*2-1/2 to 3 hours in length (unless otherwise noted)
*Sample size portions of all menu items are served
*Includes two glasses of wine, served with the food
*Students receive copies of all recipes
*36 student maximum
*Seats are first-come, first served
Hands-on Classes ("Hands-on")
*Participation (some with demonstration)
*3 to 3-1/2 hours in length (unless noted otherwise)
*Sample size portions of all menu items are served
*Includes two glasses of wine, served with the food (except in bread/pastry classes)
*Students receive copies of all recipes
*20 student maximum
*Long pants and closed-toed/rubber soled shoes strongly advised
*Aprons, knives and utensils provided for in-class use, unless otherwise noted
Chef's Tables
*Participation
*4 hours in length
*Full meal portions are served
*Includes wines with each course
*Students receive copies of all recipes
*11 student maximum

Winemaker Dinners
