Rasoi
Rasoi means kitchen in Hindi, the language spoken by a majority of Indian people. At Rasoi, you will learn to cook north Indian food as cooked at home.
Your experience at Rasoi will be interactive, hands-on, fun, while you learn about north Indian cooking, share cooking tips, experience cooking with Indian spices and eat a home cooked Indian meal.
Classes are limited to 8 - 10 people, giving everyone the chance to participate in the preparation and cooking experience. You will dice, slice, chop, mince, wash, toss, stir, marinate and knead.
It is a relaxed atmosphere to spend time with friends and make new ones.
At Rasoi, we cook an entrée or two at a time often with rice and a salad. Students get to enjoy the results of their preparations.
See the schedule of classes for details. If you have a group of people interested in a private cooking class, please contact for details. Classes can be scheduled at your location of choice. For private group classes, you can decide the menu and time of class.
Please note: Rasoi is not an accredited cooking school. Classes are for the purpose of teaching people how to cook Asian style meals.
