The Robert Reynolds Chefs Studio offers Classic French and Italian culinary training in Portland
Have you ever wanted to have solid culinary training, working closely with an experienced chef? Are you a culinary professional or a good home cook who would like to take your craft to an entirely different level? If so, the Robert Reynolds Chefs Studio may be exactly what you’re looking for.
Focused and Flexible. We cook while utilizing effective methods to help you achieve your goals. We offer a solid foundation of cooking and help build a comprehensive understanding of how great food is accomplished. Sign up for an entire eight week program, or choose to attend one day a week, or enroll a week at a time.
Intimate instruction and supervision means a teacher stands right next to you, directly translating concepts to practice. The small class size allows for an exception exchange of ideas among participants.

Credentials: Trained in France by Madeline Kamman, Robert is an experienced restaurateur, teacher, and certified Educational Supervisor. He was co-author with Josephine Araldo of FROM A BRETON GARDEN, of book on regional cooking.
Job Placement. With his extensive network of colleagues, Robert works hard to connect graduates to the job market.
A Professional Diploma is awarded to all four- and eight-week participants certifying completion of advanced study in the program.
