The Classy Gourmet will offer Classes for people with time on their hands, and for those who only have a few hours to spare. Our Cooking School offers an extraordinary diversity of subjects and caters to every skill level from the novice to the connoisseur.

Our guest chefs are from all walks of the culinary world; executive chefs from award-winning Omaha restaurants, cookbook authors, and noted authorities in their fields. But more importantly, they are enthusiastic about food, wine and the sharing of their knowledge with you, the student.
Learn by doing and then sit down with your new friends to enjoy the fruits of your labor with a beautifully presented lunch or dinner. You will leave with copies of our exceptional recipes and the confidence to prepare them on your own. Fine dining at its best!
