TIM CLINTON is the Executive Chef at LandAmerica. He has worked in New York City at Flik International-Credit Suisse First Boston. Richmond credits include Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens and A Sharper Palate Catering Company; La Grotta; Amici; Millie's; Phillip Morris (through ARAMARK); and Chef’s Warehouse.

CHRIS DILAURO is the chef at Bacchus. He entered Johnson & Wales in Norfolk when he was 20 years old and graduated from the Advanced Standing Program in just one year instead of two. He has worked in New York City doing catering, and cooked in Richmond at the Berkeley Hotel and Helen’s.
