The Roasted Clove
Chef / Owner Tom Bowles will be teaching each class. Each class begins witha short discussion of the day's events, instruction and prep work, and lots of fun! Whether you are a seasoned home cook looking for new tips, or new to the kitchen, these classes are for everyone. Children 12-18 need to be accompanied by parent or guardian. Students will receive all of the recipes prepared in class.
PLEASE BRING: 1 Chef knife, comfortable closed toe shoes, and a smile. Please avoid loose shirt sleeves and jewelry

HOW TO REGISTER: Please call 505-377-0636 and leave your name, number, class, and date of the class you would like to attend. Please notify us if you would like to purchase a knife at the time of registration. Please register at least 72 hours in advance to ensure adequate materials are available. Late registration may be possible, so give us a call.
