CM Cooking School Staff
(Ages 11-17, No Exceptions Please)
HANDS-ON. TEENS. Set your teen on the pathway to being an accomplished cook, with these fun and age-appropriate cooking activities. Participants will pick up tips on mid-level cooking techniques including proper use of ovens & stoves; explore the uses of a variety of ingredients; and build on basic techniques like measuring, mixing and weighing ingredients as they make:
Day 1: SUMMER SAMMIES: Monte Cristo; Croque Monsieur (French Ham & Cheese); Roasted Beef Panini; and Nutella Dessert Sandwiches.
Day 2: SUSHI: California Rolls; Create Your Own Roll; Sticky Rice; and Dessert Sushi.
Day 3: PASTA: Fresh Pasta Dough; Lasagna; Chicken Alfredo; and Noodle Pudding.
Day 4: BAKE & MAKE IT YOURSELF!: Homemade Goldfish Crackers; Apple Cinnamon Poptarts; Soft Pretzels with Churned Butter.
