Complexity of the information provided: N/A - Would have like the recipes for some of the dishes that were served so that I could try them at home.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The wine selection was great and represented a nice price range.

This class was a birthday present for my mom. We enjoyed tasting the wines, learned from Eric and loved the food. We will be back for a cooking class sometime in the near future. Thank-you.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Lots of hard work and running back and forth to the kitchen. I can't wait to take a cooking class to learn how to make some of the delicious foods we tasted.

Would you come back: Drinking and eating with no table tops is a bit awkward, but it was manageable.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Very knowledgable. Liked the way he went off his scheduled presentation to find oak barrals for us since we showed an interest in how they were made.

The atmosphere was: A bit too crowded maube

Complexity of the information provided: I know you wont tell what ALL the ingredients were.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: very good pairings with the wine. Even though some were not timed well

The Skills that you learn were: If you learn one thing it was worthwhile and we learned more than one thing!
