This is the first time I really started to enjoy cooking and drinking wine with the food selections I have learned in each class I have taken.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: very educational and informative

The atmosphere was: everbody seem to be enjoying themselves and including myself

Complexity of the information provided: seemed to be simple enough

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: the food was excellent and went well with the wine selections

The Skills that you learn were: I learned alot about the different wines that were selected and it was fun to try something different and to be able to enjoy it with food.

Would you come back: I had alot of fun this was my first wine class and plan to sign up for future classes.

This wine class was very relaxed and enjoyable. Eric was very down to earth and informative which made it easy to learn about the wines we were tasting.

Complexity of the information provided: The recipes looked very complex, but Chef Jean Pierre said they were so easy that a child could make them. I don't quite know about that!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Wow! Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. I think my husband and I will have to come back to learn how to make these dishes!

Treat yourself and go to either a wine or a cooking class. They are all fabulous.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Jean Pierre is always entertaining. He takes a back seat when there is a guest chef or sommelier. Eric was great, very informative. The timing was good to match the foods to the wine.

The atmosphere was: The classes are always fun. It's a pure delight.

Complexity of the information provided: This was a wine class. My only criticism was that there weren't more Portuguese wines. The wines we had were wonderful.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Everything was incredible as always, especially the mancheco souffle.

The Skills that you learn were: Not so applicable to a wine class.

Would you come back: It is always a great time. The wood and wine were amazing. Always lessons to be learned
