If this is an introductory class you should assume your audience is not well versed in tasting wine. How to taste, how to read a label etc. I loved the wine 101 class and that's why i was comin back to this one since I took it years ago and wanted to bring my friend to see it.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: I think he was very knowledgeable but the class was not as fun as some other classes I have been to

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Loved the food! It made this class well worth the money!

The Skills that you learn were: I had attended a wine 101 class with Bill Schoenberg a long time ago and I loved it. He really went into the details of how to taste wine. I felt like yesterday's class was more a blind wine tasting that a class for someone that is trying to learn about wine.

The overall experience was very good ... not much could be done to improve the environment.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Obviously very knowledgeable and easy conversant.

The atmosphere was: LOL ... ALWAYS a cheerful atmosphere... especially when wine is involved!

Complexity of the information provided: Knowing wine takes years of testing, tasting and experience ... This was an intro course but the information was very well presented.

Ask all participants to turn off their cell phones and to be quiet when the instructor is speaking so the rest of us can hear what he is saying.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The food was fabulous and each course enhanced the wine it was paired with.
