NEW:  Four times a year we will be offering a special Couples' Night Out Cooking Class/Dinner Party.  We will be offering two Wine Pairings and two Beer Pairings throughout the year.

Seating is Communal.

This is an opportunity to enjoy a special night out for a fun evening of cooking and socializing that we call “Couples’ Night Out”.   This part-demonstration, part hands-on class starts in the kitchen with one of our chef instructors. You will learn a variety of new techniques and skills in the kitchen during the demonstration and have opportunities throughout the two hours you'll be in the kitchen participate in preparing the gourmet dinner.  

Once the meal is ready for plating (around 8:00 pm), you will join other guests (who arrive at 8:00 pm for the "dining only" experience) where you can relax and savor the flavors of our themed menu creations. Each course will be paired with a different wine.

COST:  $150.00 per couple

NOTE: When booking a spot, one seat equals one couple.

Chez Boucher Wine Club

Join our food tasting and wine pairing club. This is a great opportunity for you to taste a large variety of wines from around the world combined with hors d’oeuvres that are paired and served with the wines.
Here’s how it works…

1)One Thursday per month we will gather in our lounge from 7:00 to 9:00pm

2)Four different wines (two red & two white) will be highlighted each month and paired with hors d’ouevres.  
 
3)We will provide tasting sheets for each member so you can record your likes and dislikes about a particular wine.

4)Chef’s Ron and Myles will provide commentary and share their knowledge of the food and wine pairings.

It is suggested that you save your tasting notes in an effort to create your very own food and wine journal. 

The cost of membership is $50.00/per month which includes wine and hors d’oeuvres. 

At the end of the year we will host an “only the best” holiday party featuring the best wines that we’ve tasted from around the globe.

We offer three progressive six-week cooking sessions that take you from basic techniques through advanced food preparations. First, begin with our basic course, Cooking Essentials & Food Fundamentals. Topics in this first session include knife cutting techniques, the basics of stock, soup and sauce preparations, meat, poultry, seafood and egg cookery. From here you will advance on to our intermediate class, Bistro Cuisine, where you will begin to learn menu formatting, proper seasoning techniques and flavor profiling. Finally, our International Cuisine series is an advanced course utilizing authentic regional ingredients for the preparation of elaborate five course meals.

COOKING ESSENTIALS & FOOD FUNDAMENTALS


We offer three progressive six-week cooking sessions that take you from basic techniques through advanced food preparations. First, begin with our basic course, Cooking Essentials & Food Fundamentals. Topics in this first session include knife cutting techniques, the basics of stock, soup and sauce preparations, meat, poultry, seafood and egg cookery. From here you will advance on to our intermediate class, Bistro Cuisine, where you will begin to learn menu formatting, proper seasoning techniques and flavor profiling. Finally, our International Cuisine series is an advanced course utilizing authentic regional ingredients for the preparation of elaborate five course meals.

Introduction to Basic Principles: Cooking Essentials & Food Fundamentals

Most cooking done in restaurants is based on French cooking techniques and principles. Cooking Essentials & Food Fundamentals covers the basics of French food preparations, providing you with the knowledge to prepare simple dishes at home. The class meets one evening per week for six weeks. Each week following a brief lecture, our chef instructors provide demonstrations as well as hands-on training. Students sit down to savor and critique the creations that they themselves have prepared.

NEW:  Four times a year we will be offering a special Couples' Night Out Cooking Class/Dinner Party.  We will be offering two Wine Pairings and two Beer Pairings throughout the year.

Seating is Communal.

This is an opportunity to enjoy a special night out for a fun evening of cooking and socializing that we call “Couples’ Night Out”.   This part-demonstration, part hands-on class starts in the kitchen with one of our chef instructors. You will learn a variety of new techniques and skills in the kitchen during the demonstration and have opportunities throughout the two hours you'll be in the kitchen participate in preparing the gourmet dinner.  

Once the meal is ready for plating (around 8:00 pm), you will join other guests (who arrive at 8:00 pm for the "dining only" experience) where you can relax and savor the flavors of our themed menu creations. Each course will be paired with a different beer.
