  • Please note any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you register.  We are not a kosher or nut free facility, but we will make adjustments, when possible, for dietary restrictions or food allergies for the participant in the class.
  • When possible, we will make accommodations for allergies and dietary restrictions for the STUDENT ONLY. We regret that it is not possible to make these accommodations for the other family members. (The only exception is NUTS, we can omit nuts from ALL dishes if required) Please see our FAQ on our main page regarding our facility and nuts.
  • Vegetarians: Although each student is making their own food and they willl be taking home everything they make each day, there are times when students are paired up in saute pans. There are certain weeks that are easier to accomodate. Please call the office if you have any questions.
  • Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free: Please note that during baking weeks, we cannot guarantee accommodations for these allergies or dietary restrictions. Although each student is making their own food, taking home everything they make each day, there are times when students are paired up in mixers or pans. This means that unless the student comes with a sibling or friend willing to make the same alterations to their dishes, we cannot guarantee we can make the required substitutions. We do have gluten free flour on hand at all times and it can be used to make easy substitutions for MOST, but not all baked goods. For all other classes, if there are 2 students willing to use this flour, we can try to accommodate when possible.
