This trip, we'll be visiting China, Japan, Italy, Thailand and the United States. Some of the delicious dishes we'll be making are pot stickers, sushi, pasta with marinara and alfredo sauces, chicken satay and sliders and fries.

(Adults/Teens) Mondays- February 23, March 2 and March 9 6:00pm - 8:30pm
Spend three intensive evenings gaining a basic foundation of cooking. This is a hands-on class where you will learn to make stock, proper knife skills, roasting, sautéing, and even some baking, just to name a few.
