In our ProBaking 20-week series you'll learn how to master every kind of confection, from cookies and cakes to croissants and candies. 

Let us help you master the nuanced chemistry that makes baking such an elusive art. After completing this course you'll be ready for professional work in the food industry, whether you want to sell your treats at the local farmers market or you've always dreamed of working in a bakery. 

Comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes are required. Please, no jewelry or heavily scented perfume.

In this five-day camp, kids will earn how to make delicious, healthy meals from start to finish. Kids will go home with their very own apron. 

  

DAY 1:  Pizza Party – Make pizza from scratch and learn basic knife skills preparing an Italian chopped salad.

DAY 2:  Snack Attack– Healthy after school snack is a must!  Learn to make granola, hummus & crudites and baked nuggets.

DAY 3:  Mexican Fiesta – Learn how to make tacos, quesadillas, and guacamole 

DAY 4:  Pasta from Scratch – Wow your friends and family by making pasta from scratch including a beet linguini in a pesto sauce and a spinach ravioli stuffed with homemade ricotta in marina sauce. 

DAY 5:  Baking - Campers will end the program on a sweet note, learning to make delicious cupcakes and cookies.
