Delve into the world of cookie magic, where you can make everything from edible jewelry to cookie bacon and eggs!

Enjoy an informative hour with Julia Usher as she shows you tools, tips and techniques of cookie decorating suitable for the novice to experienced cookie artisan.

During this program, Julia will demonstrate a number of decorating techniques. A few lucky members of the audience will join her during some of the program. She'll be on hand after the class to answer questions and autograph her new book, Ultimate Cookies, one of the best decorating books we've seen in years--maybe ever--with luscious photos, dozens of recipes and carefully illustrated details to help you make perfect cookie masterpieces. 

Julia is a celebrated pastry chef and food writer. She is a James Beard Foundation Journalism Awards finalist and a Director of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP).
