Come celebrate the beginning of spring with us! You'll be able to make an entire garden of your own beautiful flower cupcakes!

Ages 8+

Join us for a fun filled evening cooking our way through Spain. This course will include 4 dishes that will give your tastes buds a tour of Spain's unique culinary cuisine without the price of the plane ticket. We will be making the following dishes in this course:

1. Bacon wrapped dates stuffed with goat cheese

2. Pan Tumaca (Crust bread with a fresh tomatoe and garlic spread and topped with serrano ham)

3.  Sautéed shrimp with lemon and parsley served with crust bread for dipping. 

4. Vanilla gelato topped with a drizzle of 20 year aged balsamic vinegar and olive oil. (don't let the balsamic vinegar fool you the older it gets the sweeter it becomes) paired with Tawny port.
