The Secret To Baking With Plants

Plant based baking seems daunting and in TRUTH, it actually is. Trust me, if I could count all the failures that were made in the kitchen when it comes to this. You can't just use any dairy, egg or butter when baking with just plants. I will teach you the secrets!

This is a fun class for the family. We will be learning how to make lasagna rolls. They are a fun and delicious way to rethink this Italian classic. Please join us for this fun filled night.

In this class I will showcase an easy affordable meal that combines almost everything that we've made in one easy to make, affordable and above all, delish one pot dish.

Get ready to go on another travel taste adventure. We will be featuring the tastes of Puerto Rico. The menu for the evening will include:

Mofongo: Plantains, chicharrón, olive oil, and garlic.

Sofrito: fresh mixture of onions, garlic, peppers, tomatoes, and herbs.

Braised pork roast.

Dessert: Flan (custard with caramel sauce)
