Do you love macarons but they seem so intimidating to make? Well Robin is here to help you. She is the upstate premiere macaron provider. She has even been featured on WYFF for her desserts. She will teach you how to make these delicious desserts in your own home. When the class is done you can take home and share with your friends and family this amazing dessert you made. 

This is an advanced course. We recommend that if you attend that you have experience with baking or that you have attended one of the macaron classes for the base techniques.

Join us for a fun night of learning how to make you favorite sushi bar appetizers. It is a cooking class. The course will include 1 glass of sake to pair with your meal.  This evening will feature the following items:

Dynamite Green Mussels:

Green mussels in a mayo and soy based sauce broiled to perfection.

Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura:

Fried to golden brown and served with a dipping sauce.

Black garlic edamame sauteed with soy sauce and sesame oil.

Mochi for dessert.

*This is not a sushi class. There is no raw fish in this course. No substitutions for dietary restrictions or allergies. Each person attending requires a ticket.

The Great Feast:

Classic Sunday roast with Cornish hens.
