| STEAK NIGHT! NEW CLASS | | |  | | STEAK NIGHT! Check out the calendar each month for a NEW class called STEAK NIGHT. This class is a bit different than most. It is really casual, more like a mixer with food, beer and wine. Participate if you like, sit back and watch/converse or get your hands in the middle, it's up to you.
STEAK will always be on the menu. Whether seared, charred, grilled or broiled, each of these new classes features a different steak or steak preparation.
Nothing fancy, just an Appetizer, a Great Steak, a Side, a something Sweet.

During the Series you will cook specific recipes that will enhance and build on your basic culinary skills. The recipes take into consideration a number of different cuisines and the skills required to produce them.
