We offer simple and elegant recipes for two chefs cooking together with the aim of turning the routine daily task of making dinner into a relaxing and romantic bonding experience for two.

These recipes are designed for busy working couples who find themselves with limited time for just about everything – including preparing dinner and for spending quality moments with each other.  PLUS you get to enjoy cocktails too! 

Couples cooking together is always fun and exciting.  This style class has a maximum of 16 guests.  We work in smaller groups of four.  Each couple will be paired with another as they work through the recipes.  Come as a couple or as a group. Josh has been cooking and serving innovative, BBQ-inspired food since buying his first Big Green Egg in 2011. While mastering the 'classic dishes' (pulled pork, brisket, chicken, and ribs), Josh has developed some tasty BBQ-fusion dishes that folks in and around Florida just can’t seem to get enough of.


On most weekends Josh can often be found serving his food & teaching the new wave of ‘backyard cooks’ during appearances at meat markets, kitchen stores and specialty grill stores across the Sunshine State. His passion and creative spin on pit-cooked foods has secured his status as one of Florida’s top BBQ instructors.
