If you have never made or eaten fresh pasta, you are in for quite a treat. Making it can be a group event and really fun. Fresh pasta is delicate and has a richer texture than dry packaged pasta. You will learn to make the basic dough and use a pasta machine to work and shape it. Tonight's Menu: Cheese Stuffed Ravioli with Sage Butter Sauce Roasted Garlic Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce Pappardelle with Braised Pork Sauce.

A Florida Citrus Menu with Chef Fabrizio
Fabrizio Schenardi, executive chef of Tampa Bay’s acclaimed Pelagia Trattoria, first honed his culinary and pastry skills while studying and training in Italy before fine tuning his technique at leading hotels, restaurants and resorts worldwide.
A native of Rivoli, Italy (located near to Torino), Schenardi incorporates flavors from his homeland into many of his most popular dishes. His family grows olives in the town of Imperia and those same olives, which are imported exclusively for Pelagia, are typically included in this award-winning chef’s signature dishes that have earned him accolades nationally and internationally. Additionally, Chef Fabrizio was awarded the prestigious "Chef of The Year" for the World-wide Renaissance Chain.

This class is all about Royal Icing Beautiful Flowers. You will learn to make daises, primroses, apple blossoms, daffodils, pansies and roses.
You will leave with these flowers WET as they require a drying time of up to 48 hours. Because they harden like candy, they can be saved in air-tight containers for months to be placed on your cake at a later date. Great for those "last minute" cakes.

This class is all about Royal Icing Beautiful Flowers. You will learn to make daises, primroses, apple blossoms, daffodils, pansies and roses.
You will leave with these flowers WET as they require a drying time of up to 48 hours. Because they harden like candy, they can be saved in air-tight containers for months to be placed on your cake at a later date. Great for those "last minute" cakes.
You may enroll in the cake decorating series in any sequence.
This is a HANDS-ON Style class.
