This series of fundamental cooking classes focuses on the techniques and skills needed to become a confident home cook. During the series you will learn basic knife skills, stock making, custards, sauteing, ice cream making, sauce reductions, braising, blanching, pan and oven roasting, grilling, frying, and tart doughs. View each day for specific skills and recipes.
This is a HANDS-ON style class
House wine, beer, iced tea, and coffee are included. Other wines by the bottle and the glass are available at an additional charge.
