  • How do I book a private class?

  • Do students participate in the cooking?
    We encourage participation in all of our classes. The Kitchen Table Demo classes are demonstration-style -- students sit around a big "island" and the instructor makes all of the dishes from the menu. For these classes, students may participate as much or as little as they'd like. The Hands-On Workshop classes are a mix of hands-on and demonstrations. In these classes, students work in two teams to create the dishes from the menu. The instructor will help guide students and do some demonstrations throughout class.
  • Is wine served in class?
    Simple Gourmet does not provide alcohol for classes. However, you are welcome to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy and share with the class. Our Couple's Classes are sponsored by various local wine and beer merchants. In these classes all alcohol is provided by the indicated sponsor. Check the individual class description for more information.
  • Do you have age restrictions for your classes?
    Our Kitchen Table and Hands-On classes are available for ages 18 and up. Our Kids Classes are available for various age groups -- see the individual class description for more information. Our Couples Classes are available for ages 21 and up.
  • How can I cancel/change a class if I am within your cancellation policy?

    1) Sign into your on-line account and click on “My Classes

    2) Find the class you are canceling and click "Change” 

    3) Click on the box in front of the registered name.

    4) Click on the appropriated choice

    When you finish, your account will show an account credit. Refunds are given only as class credit. For your next purchase, the shopping cart will NOT automatically apply the credit and deduct the cost of your purchase from your account credit before it charges your credit card.  YOU MUST CLICK ON THE BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAGE “APPLY ACCOUNT CREDIT”.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on-line?
    Yes! Online payment via credit card is secure, fast, easy and will guarantee that your registration is processed immediately. You will receive a confirmation that acts as a receipt for your purchase.
