 "Easter Mother Daughter Tea". Culinary Instructor Martha Isenberg will bring 5 different types of teas for tasting and a delicious scone mix to demonstrate that takes about 5 minutes to prepare and 12 minutes to bake.  Chef Don will create two teatime pasteries, and some great tea sandwich treats, to enjoy with your cup of tea. As Martha brews and serve the tea, she will talk about how to brew the perfect cup of tea, about the history of tea and the types of tea we are tasting as well as the health benefits of tea.
