401 series will receive a signed certificate of accomplishment from The Stocked Pot Cooking School, an official Chef Coat with The Stocked Pot logo and your name and culinary title embroider over the pocket, and of course bragging rights to compliment your new prowess in the kitchen. The tradition returns to The Stocked Pot with our beloved Chef Don recreating a time honored and generation sharing holiday experience, the annual Gingerbread House construction classes. Sign up early for these classes for once the word get out they will be sold out. Chef Don teaches the preparation, icing, and decorating of each individual Gingerbread House. Class size is limited so individual attention can be given to each student as they create their own culinary masterpieces. Chef Don has taught over 1,500 students the art of making their own Gingerbread House. Every student takes home their own Gingerbread House. Like the Nutcracker, Holiday Traditions abound in the Triad. Each participant must register and pay for their individual gingerbread house.
