Class Description: 5-Day Baking Camp, World Cuisine - DAY FOUR ONLY 
 
** Register your kids for Day 4 of a week-long Surfas baking camp! During this week of baking, your children will learn diverse recipes while having fun. They will bring home great sweets that will impress family and friends. They will also learn basic techniques from cream fillings to cake decorating, and the science of baking and dessert creation. Each day will be full of delicious hands on baking while making new friends in the Surfas kitchen! Children will also experience what it is like to bake in a professional kitchen; rules and guidelines will be taught. A safe and clean cooking environment is important! 
(8 yrs. - 17 yrs., parent permission slip required)

Homemade Gram crackers 
Mini cheese cake
 
 
All ingredients, tools and supplies will be provided and are included in price.
 
Snack included. 
 
Children should wear comfortable shoes and have all jewelry to a minimum. We suggest students with long hair should wear it up in a ponytail, wear a hat or other head wear.
