Get your artisan pizza game on! Whether you are a beginner or an experienced home baker, Noel can help you unlock your inner pizza genius. He'll teach you the same recipes and artisan baking techniques he teaches to L.A.'s best restaurant chefs, so you can go back to your home kitchen and make great artisan pizza and bread in your own oven. It may sound crazy but Noel promises to set you on your way to making better pizza and bread than you get at most restaurants and pizzerias.
 
The founder of Slow Rise Pizza Co, Noel has been working in the restaurant industry for over 25 years. The best chefs in LA call him in to launch and fine-tune their artisan pizza and bread programs including Bestia, Republique, Felix, Rose Cafe and many more. Besides having an A-List roster of private pizza catering clients, Noel also loves to share his artisan pizza and bread recipes and techniques with home bakers. 
 
If you follow the restaurant scene, recently you may have noticed him consulting at RPM on the water for Chef Doug Psaltis and Lettuce Entertain You in Chicago, Free Play at the Banc of California Stadium for Chef Tim Hollingsworth, at El Segundo Brewing Company's new tap room Slice & Pint room in El Segundo, and most recently iin the Mission District up in San Francisco at the soon to open Flour & Water Pizzeria with chef Thomas McNaughton.

Join us for some decorating basics, taught by Chef Rush! Formerly a cake decorator for bakery/restaurants like Sweet Lady Jane and Real Food Daily, she enjoys sharing her experience with interested students so that they too can learn to decorate like professionals!

This class will cover basic piping techniques, including:

Icing a cake smoothly

Creating texture

Vines, borders, and leaves

"Painting" on buttercream

Piping flowers like roses, chrysanthemums, hydrangea, and impatiens

Creating bags of multi-colored buttercream quickly and easily

Bring your questions and your sweet tooth, and give yourself a boost in the kitchen with this hands-on class!

Edwin Charles Redway, better known as Chef E-Dubble is a native to the inner city of Los Angeles CA. Edwin has paved his way in the culinary industry, cooking from the streets of South Central to the kitchens of comedy clubs, hosting tastings at different venus, and catering at private events for some of Hollywood's elite.

His tagline no matter how elite or how the consumer knows him as Celebrity Chef E-Dubble refers himself “I'm Just A Chef”. In high school, Mr. Redway was awarded a scholarship Le Cordon Blu in Pairs, which he visited and began to grow his culinarian skills. In 2004 he launched E-Dubble Catering, a fusion of different cuisines such as italian, French Mediterranean, and Soul. In 2015 Chef E-Dubble launched the magical food-truck Grilled Fraiche a Cali-Caribbean cuisine. In 2017 Grilled Fraiche open its first Brick & Mortar location in Hyde Park,  CA.  The unique style captured the interest of the people and Redway began to lead the way one taste bud at a time. #ItsTasteTime
