Meredith Dairy produces some of the World's Best goat cheeses and they are coming all the way from Australia to talk to us and sample some cheese! They make a marinated feta that is a cheese we love and hold near and dear to our hearts here at Surfas. We are so very excited to have them come and do a FREE demo here in our Test Kitchen.
