Join Surfas we celebrate the love of popcorn, we have some magical recipies that we would love to share with you. Popcorn seems simple enough but it is really an art, making sure you don't have to many kernals left over and making sure the poopcorn is perfectly seasoned. Ever wondered why we here at Surfas have so many different flavors and types of popcorn kernals. They have a different purpose and they all lend different flavors and textures to the end product.

We will talk about heirloom types of kernals and what they are best for. Ever wondered what the heck a mushroom kernal is and what it is best for? Let me tell you, it's Carmel Corn! We will show you how to make the world's best caramael corn.

We will be making our signature flavors and yes truffle will somehow makes its way into our demo. This is a must demo and chef Maggie will share all of her popcorn secerts. If you ever have taken a class here and wondered why our popcorn tastes so darn good, you will find out.
