Then head to the Surfas Test Kitchen to prepare a traditional southern Mexican meal. Please note that through this class meets at LACMA it is not LACMA organized. ($100 includes museum admission, tour, all ingredients and wine. Cost excludes museum parking).

Chef Poirier develops recipes and teaches master classes at L'Ecole du Grand Chocolat. He has also participated as a member of Team USA at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in Lyon, France.
