Welcome Cookbook Author Alicia Maher back to the Surfas Test Kitchen! This time with the 2013 Gourmand Award First for Best First Cookbook Award in hand!

Born in Santa Ana, El Salvador and now living and working in Los Angeles, CA has always carried a passion and love for the food of her childhood. This passion lead her on a writing journey to rescue, preserve, teach, and share the culinary traditions to cooks everywhere.
