Sunday Early Dinner Class:The Best Darn (Plant Based) Veggie Burgers on the Planet (IMHO)
 

I can't lie...I'm not always the best at keeping my own resolutions about healthy eating and other good habits.  But every time I return to my sensibilities, my mind always turns to these.  The slurpiest, tastiest, best darn veggie burgers (and veggie meatballs) on the planet. They truly can't be beat.

  COME HUNGRY!!

 

Beautiful, delicious, PLANT BASED* and LOADED with all wonderful, wholesome and healthy ingredients.

My husband asks for these all year round, so I love to fill my freezer with big ambitious batches of this Umami (flavor bomb) rich mixture I can shape into burgers, sliders and even meatballs with just a few easy switches or a unique sauce or pesto to change up the whole game.

This is a great place to start if you are wanting to:

Ease into a plant based* lifestyle, Eat less meat, Eat more consciously, Reduce your carbon footprint, Add high fiber, high protein, nutrient dense recipes to your meal prep rotation, or just fill your freezer with easy, adaptable, and fast meatless options for meals on the fly.

Come join me on my journey as I emerge from my long hibernation and join the land of the living!  It's going to be GREAT to get back into the kitchen with you!

*Oh as to that asterisk above... my philosophy on "Plant Based" living for those who wish or need to know:

For me and my family, plant based means we strive to BASE our diet on plants.  That said, we are flexible, we eat MOSTLY veggies (there's that word "based") and we do not judge anyone for what or how they eat.  In the words of Michael Pollan...

"Eat Food.  Not too Much.  Mostly Plants"

This class will be friendly toward vegans, vegetarians, and carnivores alike. There will be plenty to eat, and something for everyone. 

Feel free to bring a bottle of wine or beer to sip or share with friends.
