some are more completx than others, but doable. |

Additional comments and observations
Most people don't have two large barbeques and burners at their disposal. The meals required multiple steps that used each surface -- sometime concurrently. Learned quite a bit about the basics though (gray smoke is bad, don't use olive oil on grill, cooking bell peppers, seeding tomatoes, etc). |
