Chef John and Lauren do a fantastic job - better than just dinner you learn and you are entertained :) but the food is spectacular!

?? my parents have to follow the recipe to the "T" and had a difficult time since some things demonstrated where not on the recipe. I, can deviate without problem. Might be worth re-reading them for clarity.

The instructor was: Chef John was amazing! Best one yet. Very charismatic and educational. The atmosphere was: Everyone was excellent. Even the sales staff was helping out.
