I thought both John and Lauren were terrific. They were welcoming and great hosts. I cook a lot and can get bored at most cooking classes....but I walked away after yesterdays class with a number of new tips and ideas. I will definitely come back again. Good job BBQ Galore in putting together this team!

To get the word out, maybe have a bring a friend promotion??? I think these classed are great and want to see them continue. Also, maybe you can connect with some MeetUp group Organizers (OC Goodlife is a good one)and host a couple of events specifically for that group. They have over 1000 members all living in the area.

very easy to follow never cooked steak like that,but will try to duplicate, it was fantastic. Plating of the vegetable salad was so pretty. Citris vinigrette was great.
