Additional comments and observations Atmosphere would have been (above) extremely enjoyable, but it was very warm. A/C would be nice, but I know due to the kitchen environment it can be expected to be warm. So, not a "complaint" just an observation :)

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Great really good Highly skilled did a great job The food was: As good as ruths Chris and Mastro really good. I think the complaint people would of like more portions. The skills you learned were: I wish there would of been more time on the grill showing and maybe letting people try cooking themselves

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: He did a good job, despite the loud and unruly crowd. The atmosphere was: Too loud because of 8 slightly drunk men. The food was: rib eye seemed tough.
